Follow the steps for Sevens

A careful first move helps you understand the round. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. Try the rule on the board, then read the next instruction. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

Four-player free Sevens with three local computer opponents. This table uses the seven-of-diamonds opening and low Aces.

Take a closer look while playing

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

Understand the aim

The steps to play

  1. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each.
  2. The holder of 7♦ must play it first. Other suits can open with their own seven.
  3. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end.
  4. Play a legal card whenever possible. Passing is allowed only when no card fits.
  5. The first player with an empty hand wins the round.

Choosing and moving on screen

Use the controls beside the game rather than guessing the rules. Tap an enabled card from your hand. The suit rows show cards already played. Use Pass only when it is enabled. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

A useful example

Read the position before choosing your next action. After 7♥ is opened, 6♥ or 8♥ can be played. 5♥ must wait until 6♥ is on the table.

An important reminder

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. A matching rank in another suit does not extend an existing row. Every suit has its own sequence.
